Barbecue broccoli with walnuts

“The significance of Green vegetables as effective agents to enhance fitness is well known. So if you are a fitness freak and have a very cautious eye on what to eat and what you don’t, then I have a treat for you. Start your day with fresh broccoli and walnuts and you will discover a new freshness in yourself. It’s quick and utterly awesome.

2 bunches of broccoli, cleaned and chopped
2 tsp olive oil
4tsp walnuts
2tsp lemon juice
20 grams of butter
2 tsp of parley

1) Preheat barbeque char grill at medium mode. Place the bowl with broccoli and one tsp of olive oil in it.
2) Season the mix salt and pepper.
3) Toss it.
4) Barbeque it for 6 minutes. Empty it into another bowl.
5) Add 2 tsp of lemon juice to it and toss it.
6) Add butter, pepper and salt.
7) Transfer it to a plate. Sprinkle some parley and walnuts over it.
